And trust that I'd have been unhappy with my own inability to make decisions, LOL, but Nick just rolled with the changes on multiple projects that he did for us. My housemate and I hired Nick Shelton and team at Redwood Construction to build for our home a covered front porch and pergola, a back deck with attached storage shed -- as well as a much needed privacy fence for our backyard. The whole experience was by far one of the best contractor engagements I've ever had. The guys were an absolute delight to work with and they came in on budget and time -- such a rare occurrence in today's construction world. At the end of each day Nick reviewed their progress and their next day's planned work, consulting with us along the way on any changes we wanted.
